Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

3. Damaged or Faulty Products

4. Non-Returnable Items

Return Guidelines

• The product must include the original packaging, accessories, gift items, warranty cards, and all documents or materials that originally came with it. Incomplete or damaged returns will not be refunded (except for defective items).
• Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving the product. If we are unable to reach you, or the product is not returned, the return request will be automatically canceled and cannot be resubmitted.
• Returns are not accepted if the product has been opened, unless it is a defective item.
• Bundled items cannot be returned individually.
• Please do not place invoices inside the returned item packaging.


Exchange Guidelines

• Exchanges are mainly for faulty or incorrect items. If the 7-day appreciation period has passed (including weekends), we cannot accept exchanges. Please ensure to check your items upon delivery.
• If the exchange is not due to a product defect, there will be an additional $25 (USD) shipping fee. (Since we offer free shipping on all orders, this fee covers the shipping cost for exchanges that are not quality-related).
• Handcrafted leather products are unique, so please try to avoid exchanges unless there is a quality issue. We inspect all items before shipping, and if there is a defect, we will replace the item.
• For bundles or random items, we do not provide exchange options for color or style choices.
• Requests for repairs or replacements after the 7-day appreciation period will require you to cover some costs for repairs, parts replacement, and shipping (except for items covered under warranty).
• Products that are opened, such as computer software, CDs, food, consumables, and personal hygiene products, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect.

Refund Process Explanation

• Credit Card Payments: The amount will be refunded to the original credit card. If the refund is processed after the billing cycle, the refund will appear in the next month’s bill.
• Installment Payments:
• Full refunds will be refunded to the original credit card.
• Partial refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account provided. Credit card payments must still be paid as scheduled.
• PayPal: The amount will be refunded to the original PayPal account.
